Adnan Bajramović
Mr. Adnan Bajramović is the founder and co-owner of ALK Group, as well as a prominent businessman with extensive experience in the fields of construction and management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
As of April 2026, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the Olympic Committee of Serbia.
He completed his primary education in Novi Pazar, after which he continued his professional and academic development in the field of construction. He graduated in Russia in 2009, earning a degree as an engineer in industrial and civil construction, and later also as an economist-manager in construction. He further expanded his education into the field of law, graduating from the International Innovative University – MIU in Sochi.
He began his professional career in the family-owned construction company “ALK++ Company,” established in 2000, where he currently serves as Vice President and co-owner. During his long-standing engagement with the company, he has participated in the realization of numerous significant infrastructure, residential, and tourism projects in Russia and the region.
His portfolio includes projects such as the Sberbank branch in Sochi, the “Mandarin” cultural and recreational complex in Adler, as well as the reconstruction of renowned sanatoriums “Zapolyarye,” “Russia,” and “Belarus.” The company has also taken part in the development of major infrastructure and tourism projects, including the mountain tourism center of Gazprom, Olympic facilities on the Psekhako ridge, and the coastal infrastructure of the seaport in Sochi.
His contribution is particularly distinguished in large national projects, such as the construction of the “SKA Arena” sports stadium in Saint Petersburg, projects of Russian Railways, as well as multiple residential complexes in Sochi and its surroundings.
Since 2018, the company has expanded its operations to the markets of Serbia and Montenegro, where it has delivered projects such as the “8 Mart” residential-business complex in Novi Pazar, the “ALK++ Hotel & Spa” in Zlatibor, as well as luxury hotel and residential developments in Bečići, Tivat, and Budva.
Adnan Bajramović has also been a strategic partner of Hipotekarna Banka, one of the leading financial institutions in Montenegro, which was acquired in 2025 by AIK Group, further confirming its importance within the regional banking market.
He has extended his professional engagement into the field of sports through active participation in the Boxing Federation of Serbia, where he served as Vice President, and since 2025 has held the position of President of the Supervisory Board.
During his tenure, Serbia became an important center of international boxing, hosting the European Boxing Championships for men and women in 2024 at the Aleksandar Nikolić Hall in Belgrade, as well as the European Junior Championships in 2025 in Novi Pazar.
This period was also marked by numerous medals at European and world competitions, as well as the systematic development of the sport, particularly through work with younger categories. These events not only had sporting significance but also contributed to strengthening Serbia’s international reputation, developing sports infrastructure, and promoting the country as a reliable host of major international events.
In addition to his business and sports engagements, he is actively dedicated to socially responsible initiatives, being the initiator of numerous humanitarian actions and environmental protection projects, thereby contributing to broader social and sustainable development.
He is a strong leader with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to manage complex projects, consistently upholding high professional standards. He is recognized for his accountability, initiative, and talent for motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
He is devoted to sports and an active lifestyle, with particular interests in boxing, football, tennis, and swimming, further reflecting his long-standing connection to sports values through his involvement in relevant institutions.
