Đole Lutovac

He was born in 1994 in Berane. He completed his primary education at “Radomir Mitrović” Primary School in Berane, and his secondary education at “Panto Mališić” Gymnasium. He continued his education at the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Banja Luka, majoring in Geodesy. After completing his academic studies, he worked in his field as a geodesy engineer on projects in Berane and Banja Luka. He attended a large number of seminars and workshops.In 2022, he was appointed Acting Director of the public utility company “Water Supply and Sewerage” Berane, where he resigned after 11 months and started a private business in the field of geodesy. He was appointed Mayor (President of the Municipality) on February 3, 2025.
