Budimir Raičković

Budimir Raičković is a graduate economist and the President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM), the leading national organization for leadership and management. He also serves as President of the Association of Managers of Southeast Europe (AMSEE), and is the accredited representative of the Caux Round Table Global Dialogue for Southeast Europe. Additionally, he is a member of the Administrative Council of the European Confederation of Managers (CEC) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finance Plus.
Throughout his career, Mr. Raičković has held senior positions in both domestic and international companies and business organizations, as well as in the fields of security and diplomacy. He is actively engaged in areas such as management and human resources, economics, entrepreneurship, and regional and international cooperation.
His proactive social involvement is further reflected in his role as Vice President of the Union of Employers of Montenegro (UPCG) for International Relations and European Integration. On October 2, 2012, he was elected as the first Co-President of the Montenegro-EU Joint Consultative Committee.
Mr. Raičković is also a member of the Council for Competitiveness and the Council for Public Administration Reform.
Through his engagement in AMM, AMSEE, CEC, and other national and international bodies, he has made a significant contribution to promoting Montenegro as an investment destination and to fostering connections among managers and business leaders from the Western Balkans and the EU.
In addition to publishing numerous articles and interviews on economics, regional cooperation, and Euro-Atlantic integration, he has participated in major international conferences and events.
