Filip Radulović

Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs, Government of Montenegro

Filip Radulović was born in Podgorica in 1990 and grew up in the United States.
He completed his primary and secondary education in San Francisco.

He graduated from the University of California, Davis, which is ranked among the top 10 public universities by Forbes. He studied Biotechnology and Technology Management and completed his studies on time.

He has worked for some of the world’s largest companies in the fields of biotechnology, the automotive industry, and green energy, including Tesla. All of these companies are publicly traded on U.S. stock exchanges.

During his time at Tesla, he was responsible for the implementation of several materials-related projects. He was part of the team that launched the Model X, Model 3, and certain newer electric pump systems.

The most notable project he led was “Autopilot 2.5.” This involved overseeing the implementation of hardware (cameras, sensors, radars) installed in every Model S and Model X produced between September 2018 and 2022, from the initial phase through to deployment.

After returning to Montenegro in 2020, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the airline Air Montenegro and as CEO of Montenegro Works.

From November 2023 to July 23, 2024, he served as Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs in the Government of Montenegro.

He was a Member of Parliament in the 28th convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as a councilor in the Podgorica City Assembly.

He is a member of the Presidency of the “Europe Now” Movement.
