An experienced public relations and marketing professional with over 20 years of expertise in strategic communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and brand development. I currently lead the PR and marketing department at Golden Group, a Kotor-based company specializing in the development of investment projects in hospitality and real estate. I am responsible for the communication and promotion of key projects such as Montis Mountain Resort in Kolašin and Hotel Galeb in Ulcinj.

Before entering this sector, I built my career in the banking and financial industry, spending more than a decade at a renowned microfinance institution, where I was dedicated to supporting small businesses and women entrepreneurs. I played an active role in education and mentoring, as well as in developing support programs for aspiring entrepreneurs. I am the author of several expert articles on entrepreneurship and finance, and a mentor to young entrepreneurs.

My work bridges investor relations, destination branding, and collaboration with all key stakeholders, strongly focusing on promoting Montenegro as an attractive destination for investment and living.
