Miloš Pavlović

Milos Pavlovic is a seasoned professional with a rich experience across the fields of finance, media, hospitality, and legal sector. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Nis, Faculty of Law.
His joined the Universal Capital Bank in Montenegro, in July 2014, and since then he has ascended to the position of President of the Management Board as of January 2022. In this capacity, Milos orchestrates the bank’s operations with finesse, ensuring smooth functioning while adeptly coordinating the activities of the Management Board members.
Prior to his current role, Milos served as the Executive Director of Universal Capital Bank, overseeing critical aspects such as acquisition and change management. His responsibilities extended across Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, IT, and International departments, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic prowess.
Milos also served as a Board member at Dnevne novine, a prominent media company in Montenegro. Here, he played a pivotal role in delineating the company’s business strategy and providing astute guidance for its implementation.
His professional career includes a tenure at Monterock International, where he served as the Head of Legal and HR, managing teams across the company’s luxury hospitality ventures. Additionally, Milos has made significant contributions to VisionFund International, where he held various legal leadership positions, showcasing his expertise in microfinance operations across the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Throughout his career, Milos has spearheaded numerous projects of strategic importance, including high-profile acquisitions, establishment of representative offices, and restructuring endeavors.
He is proficient in Serbian and English, coupled with his elementary proficiency in Russian.
