Milovan Novaković is the Managing Director and Partner at Colliers Montenegro, with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in real estate advisory and investment management. He joined the company in 2007 and officially assumed the role of Managing Director in 2010, playing a key role in the growth and positioning of Colliers in the Montenegrin market.

He is a certified appraiser and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
