Miodrag Gazibara is a real estate consultant with more than 25 years of experience across all segments of the industry. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Production & Operations Management from Winona State University, he began his career with a property management and development company in Chicago, where he spent five years gaining extensive international experience.
Upon returning to Belgrade, Miodrag joined Colliers International, where he advised on the development of the Delta City shopping malls in Belgrade and Podgorica. Following the successful completion of these landmark projects, he joined Delta Real Estate, leading the strategy and execution of the company’s development portfolio, as well as the repositioning of existing assets.
Since 2014, Miodrag has been working in private real estate consultancy, advising on large-scale projects in Belgrade and across the region. Through his company, Cordon, he serves as commercial consultant for the Marina Dorćol project, providing expertise in project concept development, sales, leasing, marketing, and property management.
