Nathan Tafer

Nathan Tafer is the Managing Partner of Tyche Capital Legal, an international legal and tax advisory boutique operating across the Nice–Dubai corridor.
He structures cross-border transactions between Fortune 500s, family offices, and emerging-tech ventures, with a focus on AI commerce, AI agents and the future of commerce, digital assets, and international tax structuring across DIFC, ADGM, and EU jurisdictions.
His practice covers cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, holding and foundation architecture, distressed restructuring and insolvency proceedings, tax restructuring arbitration, real estate tokenisation, on-chain real estate, and tokenisation of digital assets.
His Islamic finance practice covers sharia-compliant structured product engineering, tokenisation of Islamic structured products, sharia-compliant smart contracts, and blockchain applications to classical Islamic finance. He acts as counsel on FATF / GAFI standards, and as international arbitration counsel across New York, Paris, Singapore, and Dubai.
He holds executive credentials from The Wharton School and Imperial College London, and is completing a PhD in Islamic Finance. He works in French, English, and Russian.
