Nemanja Laković

Nemanja Laković is the CEO of Coal Mine Pljevlja, Montenegro (2024–present).
Previously, he was the CEO of Synergy Tech d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia (2015–2024), managing business operations, financial planning, and major infrastructure projects across Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro.
From 2012 to 2015, he served as General Manager for Serbia at OIP Engineering Ltd., leading large-scale infrastructure projects, negotiations, and financing. Before that, he was General Manager at Notam System d.o.o.(2008–2011).
Earlier in his career, he worked as Sales Manager at Elcom d.o.o. (2004–2008), focusing on sales strategies and procurement.
In his rich career, Laković built a reputation as a responsible businessman, capable of managing projects in the energy sector from planning to implementation. He has the skills to successfully manage the process of public procurement, human resources and financial flows of the company, as well as the ability to recognize and engage professional staff for the implementation of specific projects and strong communication and negotiation skills.
He holds a degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade and is fluent in English and Russian.
