Žarko Ćajić
Žarko Ćajić is the Director of Strategic Operations at ALTA Holding a.d. Belgrade. He is an architect with extensive international experience in the design and delivery of projects across various typologies. He is a team leader responsible for managing complex processes in design, planning, and execution of large-scale investment projects.
Prior to joining ALTA Holding, he spent over 10 years in key leadership roles within design and consulting companies. During this period, he played an important role in improving operational processes, overseeing all parameters of the investment cycle, and strengthening the market position of international firms.
He began his professional career in architectural studios and later expanded his experience within large corporations, working across markets in Russia, China, the Middle East, and Africa.
Over the past five years, he has specialized in the development of major real estate investments in Belgrade, with a strong focus on iconic design, sustainability, and profitability. He is the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions in architecture and executed projects.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade and is currently pursuing a PhD, with a focus on design methodology and contemporary architectural practice. He actively participates in prominent regional events related to investment development and emerging architectural typologies.
At ALTA Holding, he is engaged in establishing and developing a network of projects through which the company aims to gradually become a market leader in real estate, with a strong emphasis on innovation and brand recognition.
