I currently lead the PR and marketing department at Golden Group, a Kotor-based company specializing in the development of investment projects in hospitality and real estate. I am responsible for the communication and promotion of key projects such as Montis Mountain Resort in Kola\u0161in and Hotel Galeb in Ulcinj.<\/p>\n<p>Before entering this sector, I built my career in the banking and financial industry, spending more than a decade at a renowned microfinance institution, where I was dedicated to supporting small businesses and women entrepreneurs. I played an active role in education and mentoring, as well as in developing support programs for aspiring entrepreneurs.
