Nino Stepinac is an experienced development and expansion manager with more than 17 years of experience in the retail and F&B sectors across Central and Southeast European markets.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, he has successfully led expansion projects for leading international brands such as JYSK, Lidl, Billa, KFC, and Starbucks, often delivering up to 40\u201350 projects annually.<\/p>\n

He specializes in site acquisition and analysis, lease and investment negotiations, project management, as well as the development and optimization of market strategies. He has extensive experience in leading regional teams and coordinating complex international operations, as well as managing large real estate portfolios within the retail and hospitality sectors.<\/p>\n
