During Toli\u0107\u2019s mandate in Dubrovnik, the airport was rebuilt from the ground up, and its aviation network became one of the most developed in this part of Europe.&nbsp;Toli\u0107 is a member of several international aviation organizations. He is on the board of the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE), and was previously also on the Security Committee in the Airports Council International (ACI), as well as an authorized auditor for aviation security in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
