1998 \u2013 2001: Advised on a $1.2 billion USD in private funds domiciled in Guernsey, Jersey, Gibraltar, and Cayman Islands within MAF Trust.
\n2001 \u2013 2003: Worked on setting up FAB Investment Banking, and structured protocols in association with Pictet and Cie, Zurich. Portfolio size of structured products was $1 billion USD.
\n2003 \u2013 2006: Headed the overseas planning and financial tax advice for high-net-worth clients at Mondial Dubai Group, managing a portfolio of assets of $650 million USD.<\/p>\n

Successfully sourced a landmark asset for the very first REIT in the Arab world, the AREIT: Arab Real Estate Investment Trust. The Thuraya Tower Two (Winner of the Cityscape Architectural Award for Most Eco-Friendly Sustainable Building) was acquired by the REIT.
\nIn association with Solidere International, Meedar completed the sale of 1,000,000 square feet of beach land in the Emirate of Ajman for 200 million AED. The Al Zorah Greenfield project was for a master-planned City within a City development.<\/p>\n
